Description
This is a letter from Henry Beard in Washington D.C. to Robert Atkinson declaring that the Senate Bill No 1175 (also titled "An Act for the relief of certain indians in the Central Superintendency" )is unconsititional .He says Ottawa University and the Baptists should consider what would need to be done about it. He refers in the letter to copies of his correspondence that he is including with this letter. The copy is OU RG73.04.167.
