Description

Glenn wrote to his mother asking her to balance his passbook at the State Bank of Ottawa. He had loaned some money out at ten percent interest and had a bankable promissory note. The opposite side of the postcard shows the New England Building in Topeka, Kansas. Glenn notes that the bank with the promissory note is on the 1st floor of that building.
