The Ottawa Milling Co., is operated by Fred C. Dobson, son of Mayor Dobson, of whom we make mention elsewhere in this issue among the bankers and business men, and the splendid mill belongs to the Dobson interests. It has a capacity of 100 barrels of flour of first rate quality, for the machinery and equipments are modern and the product cannot be excelled by any process extant. The mill does a regular exchange and commercial business, operates regularly, and the product is mostly taken by the local demand, with orders frequently supplied to outside parties. This milling plant is reckoned among our most valuable productive industries.
