We take great pleasure in calling the attention of our readers to the advertisement of Messrs. McHolland & wright, our enterprising lumber dealers at this place. They have recently been making extensive repairs and improvements at their mill, and are now prepared to furnish lumber of any description in as large quantities and at as low rates as any firm in the state. Their long experience in the business gives them unusual facilities for supplying the wants of citizens and others in this line. Mr. McHolland, the senior partner, is an old Kansan – having been in this state over fifteen years, and is a man of great enterprise and energy. This mill, which before he purchased, scarcely sawed lumber enough to roof it, has been kept by him in thorough repair, and is admitted by all to turn off as good lumber as the best. It is truly a credit to our town. We wish them success in all their enterprises.
