One of the greatest necessities of the town is about to be supplied by Messrs. Davis and Wright, on the corner of Main and First Streets. They have moved off the old blacksmith shop of Mr. Alexander’s, and are commencing the erection of a substantial mill building. It is to be of stone, three stories high, the machinery being nearly all here, and we may hope soon to have a mill by which we may be furnished flour and meal without going a day’s journey. Ed. Smith has the contract, and of course the building well be a good one.
