A. S. Lathrop, Esq., having sold his large building on Main street to Mr. Wilkerson, who will soon convert it into a hotel, has removed his Law Office to the large front room of the Home Journal building, second story. Mr. Lathrop’s training in one of the best offices in New York City, gives him a degree of accuracy and precision in business rarely attained by Lawyers. He cannot be excelled as a conveyance, as the admirably clear condition of the books of Ottawa Town Company amply attest. We challenge the entire history of towns in Kansas to show a parallel to those books, for not a single dispute or litigation has arisen from them concerning the titles to lots.
